Templates for Joomla! 5.x • Joomla 5: How rename template name \ or duplicate template with own name?

I'm working with the cassionpeia template from Joomla 5. But in the header you see than:

href="/media/templates/site/cassiopeia/css/template.min.css?7694a1"

I thought with joomla 3 you could copy the specific template directory and rename this to the site name. Than this was also renamed like:
href="/media/templates/site/<you're own template name>/css/template.min.css?7694a1"

What is the right way to "duplicate" and rename the template in Joomla 5?

I've made a child template, without additional template styles
But than I see the name cassiopeia_<site name>, while I want only the <site_name>

How does it work with template_style?
