Templates for Joomla! 5.x • Custom 500 Page

How do I edit the red 500 page that comes with Joomla? I want to brand it and also remove any references to Joomla.

1. I'm not sure what's generating it, so I don't know what file to override.
2. Is there a simpler way of doing this? Adding a 500.html file to the webserver?

I did see a file under templates/system/error.php. However, I couldn't figure out where the joomla .svg logo and the footer were being generated.

I'm a little hesitant to try to make a simple override as it seems to work with Joomla's debug capabilities.

We had some caching that was set up incorrectly, which maximized server resources, and this page was popping up for customers. We are fixing the caching issues, but don't want this page to display.

For now, I'm going to attempt to apply some display:none to the ids in the stylesheet. However, if there is a better way, please let me know.
